Video Projection onto Oxford Circus.
For the launch of the new X-MEN Film a massive projection was created over the famous road junction.
A collaboration amongst 20th Century Fox, MediaCircus, EMF, and filmiks.
6 x 20,000 Lumen HD Christie projectors were used to create 120,000 Lumens of projection power. Every time the lights changed a selection of compositions were run precisely timed to the traffic lights.
The projection equipment was installed at the top of the buildings overlooking Oxford Circus to run for the week of the Launch.

The Hippodrome Casino Building, at the heart of west end, exhales history.
The Hippodrome is in constant evolution. In collaboration with The Gray Circle, we were commissioned to produce a multiple phase transformation of several spaces, with a concept that could bring a unifying theme, and that would contribute to connect the Casino multiple pasts and history to its present, positioning the Hippodrome as a world class Casino reference in London. In the main Auditorium room, there was an existing 56 screens installed, that was taken as a starting point, to produce an immersive video visual piece.
After a close analysis with the client we defined areas of exploration, that would bring the focus values, and still be taken as an artistic collaged approach more than commercial. Recurrent elements were:
Urban fantasy landscapes that would position the Hippodrome in the world, and in London as iconic nucleus.
Neons as old fashion tech so deeply connected to Casino culture (Vegas, etc) reflecting the gaming excitement.
Gambling, at the heart of the Hippodrome Casino.
Performance, still functioning today and for the whole building history. Casino and Burlesque as one.
Hospitality in an historical landmark, restaurant, bars, etc.
We filmed gambling in the Casino, and also London landmarks, that together with stock library material would compose the piece. I created a template project to allow us to design having a clear control of the whole and the individual parts of the installation, so immersive compositions could be implemented as well as individual screen control and combinations. Widely regarded as a leader of the new sound of house, Jamie Jones is renowned for his innovative music.
I was commissioned to produce a piece to be effectively combined with multiple projected screens, projected layers of smoke and lasers. Graphics had to be based on story behind the album.
The story of the Album is that half of Hot Natured, are aliens that travel through space and time to earth crashing into es vedra (one of the most magnetic points on the planet and a very mystical place ), on ibiza. There they meet the other 2 members of the band. They all come together to make music to open the minds of the planet and help elevate humans to a higher consciousness. Pyramid and Hot Nature Logo were a symbolic element throughout.
In collaboration with Hearcolours, I created a very specific graphic style, that based on brief storyline, could also produce interesting live visual effects in both laser and projection. To get advantage of smoke layering, I worked elements separately. Excellent feedback. They asked for implementing that style to their logo etc to also be implemented live in secondary screens. I developed all and graphics from scratch till completion on tight deadlines.

Cannon Design (American award-winning architecture, engineering and interior design firm operating throughout United States but also in Asian countries, Canada, etc.
We were comissioned to produced a conceptual projection mapping piece on glass, for their Chicago new flagship office building. The piece would cover a semitransparent 12m glass wall on the main reception area.
Bridges and water, are relevant aspect in the Chicago’s character and lifestyle, the piece had to conceptualy encompass elemments that had recursive and invisible subconcious relevance, and also reflect the values of the company. The concept of connection, of bridging, was also related to the projection system; by creating a super wide screen 4:1 and designing always a flow of elemments that collaged into those moods. All filming was formely done by us in Chicago, and all the elemments are based on collaging it. A private event celebrating the last issue of Bond Magazine, featuring the world premiere of Enigma (with Anna Only and U3D), and the performing gallery by the artist Thomas Gray.
Bond Magazine content, focus on a global elite society, great thinkers, icon artists and philantrophists ,etc.
Together with the artist, we developed a concept installation based on shape layering, transparencies and narrative juxtaposition. Spiral is a Theatrical 90 min piece produced by top grade artists from 5 countries. It portrays Aming journey into ancient time through the Nautilus power, which holds the secret for life survival.
In collaboration with the Art Director Thomas Gray, we were in charge of all graphic animation for the live show. We had to film footage for two weeks, and designed for two months. Then we liaise with the projection set up and on location update for one month till Premiere.
It was challenging as there were 200m of projectable video area using front and back projection separately, and 2 sets of LED screens. Aboriginal Canadians welcomed the world during the Vancouver Winter Olympics. The Sphere at the centre of the Pavilion was designed, manufactured, installed and operated by Absolute Hollywood. Admission was free and the signature show ran everyday for 17 days, during which time the Aboriginal Pavilion had over 250,000 visitors.
The Signature Show, was center piece of the 360° Aboriginal Pavilion for one month during the Winter Olympics. Skyron, a UK based company specialised in marketing and technology for global clients, developed a Corporate Communication project for their client Lyondellbasell. As part of their team I developed some graphics to contribute make that happen. Elthon John aids foundation put together its annual charity event sponsored by Gray Goose and in collaboration with elBulli. We developed the surround visuals design and live set up ctrl.
A set up based on translucent screens and 21 projectors installation with Insight Lighting to produce a 360 surround display live controlled.

Collects several pre visualisations of projects we are or have been involved. Usually, this pre-visualisations come even before the projects is approved, as an effective method of introducing the client to the art installation, or creative concept being proposed. The intention behind it is to provide with visual sketches based mostly on blueprints. More than totally realistic environments at this stage is more important to just induce the client to conceptual approaches in an easy way. Tiffany & Co presented one of the most elegant of its London winter events, Skate at Somerset House on the Strand. Tiffany lit its 40-foot tree for the opening night of Skate at Somerset House. A glamorous crowd of revelers, including celebrities and members of the media, took to the ice for a magical evening under the stars.

The UK's largest & most authentic Elvis show. Starring the World's leading Elvis performer 'CHRIS CONNOR' and accompanied by Barisons Orchestra. Recreating 2 landmark performances in Elvis career, 68 Comeback Special and the Aloha from Hawaii.
I was commissioned to produce a visual backdrop piece which encompassed the style of the show. To be implemented for the whole 68 comeback performance, the backdrop contributed to produce unity and style for the Elvis (Chris Connor) and band performance. The piece was implemented in their London show at the Palladium, arguably one of the historic most famous west end theatres in the UK.

Battersea Power Station under attack by Black Ops soldiers. 3D video mapping show for the official launch party of what is now the fastest selling game of all time, Call of Duty:Black Ops. Designed initially as a multidiscipline typologic building mapping example, this artwork was implemented as demo reel for Deepvisuals and CMT clients, and projected for them live as part of several current projects pitch.
Filmiks produced and designed all the content, based exclusively for Marble Arch as a building entity.

This is a previsualisation project designed for a London event production group, to pitch for one of the top Charity events of the year, Cadwell Show. The uniqueness of this project was to produce the evnt in a giagantic 60m Dome structure, which was projected from the inside to cover a whole 360 degree view. It provided a double deck level, from which a projectable floor would appear to allow for 100% immersive 360 projection.
